I entered the Harbour Tower suite in Victoria, and saw her. This bubbly, fun, glamours girl named Jessica. She was surrounded by her closest girlfriends and her mother who she loved so dearly.
It was clear to see that Jessica’s intention was to look like a Disney princess. Her long hair was filled with ringlets, pearls delicately laid upon her chest, all completed by a sparkling tiara. Without her Allure wedding gown on she still would have been the focal point in the room.
After visiting Colin, who was getting ready down the hall, I immediately realized how much he was in love with Jess. There were countless times during my 20 minute visit that I heard Colin say “It’s what Jess wants”. All he wanted was for his future wife to be the happiest bride in the world.
The fairytale continued at St. Ann’s Academy Chapel where Jessica and Colin would be announced husband and wife. Family and friends fought the cold winter winds and showed up in their formal attire, filling the chapel with such warmth. Vows were said, lips were locked and the papers were signed to make it all official.
Honestly Jess and Colin, spending your wedding day with you and your guests was such a wonderful way to top off my 2015 wedding season. You made love look just how it should; fresh, honest and grateful. Learn more about wedding photography in Victoria.
